anaconda now uses NetworkManager early on in boot and we do that by writing
out configuration values to /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-DEVICE files,
which NetworkManager polls and uses to control the interfaces.

The ifcfg-DEVICE files are exactly the same format you'd find on an installed
system in /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts, so feel free to read those from your
kickstart %pre and %post scripts. They are just shell variables, so you can
source them directly in a %pre or %post script and have things like $IPADDR
and $BOOTPROTO
