I don't see it in the RHEL6 beta:
# yum search yum-cron
<SNIP>
No Matches found

Also, I thought yum-cron was deprecated in favor of yum-updatesd? I
don't have access to a RHEL5 here at home, but when I do a "yum info
yum-cron" on my CentOS 5.4 desktop, I get the following description:
"Install this package if you want auto yum updates nightly via cron
rather than the newer yum-updatesd daemon."

Any input on this?
