Shrinking "volumes" and "partitions" is well supported by the toolkit
in gparted. Shrinking filesystems, well, that's a bit trickier.The
gparted in the Fedora live DVD in the Knoppix DVD is supposed to be
pretty powerful, and might help do it on a disabled rather than a live
system.

As long as you're backup up the filesystems before the move, it should
be pretty easy.
