-rw-r--r--. 1 root root 1060 Jun 29  2010 //etc/udev/rules.d/60-pcmcia.rules
-rw-r--r--  1 root root  452 Mar 11 12:14 //etc/udev/rules.d/60-raw.rules

You should check the output of "rpm -qf
/etc/udev/rules.d/60-legousbtower.rules" and see the package that
contains the file.
