Follow these rough steps:

  Create an RHN account on the RHN website: http://rhn.redhat.com/
  Register the system from the target systems: up2date --register
  Log back into the web site and you should see the system listed

Hope that helps.  $300 is pretty expensive for one year of service, it'd be a shame to waste it completely.
