Yup - OpenSSH is a replacement for the commercial SSH implementation.

Good question. What if you uninstall all of the openssh-* RPMs (rpm
-qa |grep openssh), then hunt down the remaining SSH2 stuff (probably
under /usr and /etc) and remove that manually. Then, if you re-install
all openssh RPMs you should have a "clean" situation.
