[rhn-users] lost untitlements !!

I too experienced the same thing.  I have not deleted my old entitlements
(yet.)  I place a support message, but have not received a response yet.

Hello,
I bought 5 redhat (AS V3) systems for an university.

Yesterday thoses systems lost their channel and their entitlement !!! 
Today in a rush I deleted old systems (redhat 9) that are offline to use 
their entitlement.

Did RH have a database crash ? Am I the only one ?
