Running Proxy Server with Custom Channels.

I have created a GPG key to sign all our packages with. (the key is also
assigned in the channel setup on RHN)

I am signing all of our packages either post with rpmsign &/or I am
signing them on package creation with .rpmmacros & rpmbuild -ba --sign.

I have installed the GPG key on proxy using machines:
'gpg $(up2date --gpg-flags) --import /tmp/PGDC-RPM-GPG-KEY'

Put the package in the channel.

Attempt to up2date --install on a channel subscribed machine:
The package cmod-1.1 is signed, but with an uknown GPG key. Aborting...
Package cmod-1.1 has a unknown GPG signature.
  Aborting...

scp the file over to a machine that has been setup and rpm -ivh:
warning: cmod-1.1-1.i386.rpm: V3 DSA signature: NOKEY, key ID 0f0a835b
   Preparing... ################################# [100%]
       1:cmod ################################# [100%]

I've tried a few avenues but they all lead back to these results.
Either I'm in something new and undocumented (using all the RH docs
available to me) or I am just being nearsighted and could use some
corrective vision :)

Any help is appreciated,
-a
