[rhn-users] config settings defined

I have the RHN Ref guide and I can see how to set my config by using:
up2date --nox --configure

I can set things such as "enableRollbacks", but I cannot find anywhere on
RH's website or in the RHN 3.5 update ref gd manual what enableRollbacks 
actually does( I have an idea, but I want to read up on it)

Where can I find that info and for all 35 config settings.
