I have  retrieveSource set to No because I do not need the source for all the 
updates that get applied.

The only source code I do want is the kernal source code. I need this in case I 
need to compile any programs against the new kernel.

How can I do a update that will:

  - update all installed packages and kernel
  - not download any source except the kernel source
