[rhn-users] New RHEL-AS-4

Hi,
 I am new to Linux, I am trying to register my server to RHN but I received
the message : connection refused. I need to upgrade some of the packages in
order to install ORACLE 10g. 
The following packages do not seem to be in the Linux  version 3 CDs :
Compat-db-4.0.14-5
Compat-gcc-7.3-2.96
Compat-gcc-c++
Compat-libstdc++-devl

Can anyone want?
