[rhn-users] log of changes made to the system

Hello,

Some updates have been installed on a RHEL3 ES server recently. After that some of the programs have failed to work correctly. This appears to be library mismatch or something else caused by installed updates. How do I check what updates have been installed and what modules have been upgraded in last X days. Also, I would like to view log of the users logging into the system.
