[rhn-users] Kernal Update Wants Updated Firmware?

I have RedHat Enterprise WS 4 on a Dell Dimension 4500. I'm getting a  
message about needing to install new firmware before I can get Kernel  
updates?

The message is below. Where would I get this firmare?

Unresolvable chain of dependencies:
kernel-2.6.9-11.EL conflicts with ipw2200-firmware < 2.2
