If you run up2date it will download the updates and be equivelent of
doing the upgrade.

Subject: [rhn-users] update level on a system?

How can I relate what software I have on a rhas4 system to an update
level? If I installed from the iso that were initially released for
rhas4 do I have update 2 if I've upgraded the kernel this morning or do
I have to download new iso images to get to update 2 levels? Is there a
document that explains this software level management?
