You didn't mention you were getting an error.

As for the Tkinter..Err download it from the rhn.redhat.com packages or
install it from CDs, you'll also need tix, and itcl, search for each of
the 3, download probably the latest 3 if you keep your box up todate,
install, and you should be able to run it.

yes, but my query is about what do you do to locate Tkinter after you do
what it says and it still doesnt work?
