You can find the source code in RHN. When you logon goto
- ---> Channels
- --------> Red Hat Enterprise Linux WS (v. 3 for x86)

then click to "Packages" and then type kernel into "Filter by Package" box when the result come click to kernel that you wanna
download. You will see download links at the bottom and if you look there carefull you gonna see 2 links. 1st link is binary RPM
and 2nd link is source RPM. This property is same for whole packages in RHN, you can download binary and source RPM in same place.
