[rhn-users] up2date stalling

I have noticed that up2date has been stalling when downloading updates. 
This happens when my network connection peaks over 1.5 MB/sec.  Could
there be some sort of traffic shaping or bandwidth limiting that
prevents me from successfully completing the updates?  I have to kill
the up2date process and then rerun it.  I have to do this several times
manually to update the servers.
