[rhn-users] Getting booted while trying to download updates

After initial installation of RHEL, I run up2date.  I am getting booted
after the bandwidth exceeds 1.5 MBps.  Can you tell me if RHN limits
bandwidth.

I am trying to find out the exact issue with this and have asked this
question on several boards.  I would assume that since this is the
rhn-users list, I would get a reply at least....however, in looking at
some of the postings and lack of responses, I wonder if this list is alive?
