[rhn-users] auto cleanup of /tmp on boot

It's in /etc/cron.daily/

I've installed RHEL AS 3  & 4 and FC 5 and have had tmpwatch on all of them.

Not sure if is part of a specific package that needs installing, but
some googling should answer that question.
