[rhn-users] Duplicate Errata Alerts

I have the same issue as Scott, I have RHN subscription and am attached
to this list.
 
I receive 2 notifications each time, and usually just delete one.

I think the Red Hat support is only for paying customers (IE: businesses
that subscribe to Red Hat Enterprise).  This is probably the forum that
they want you to use if you are just using thier open source software
(IE: Fedora Linux).  Unfortunately I do not know how to resolve your
issue but I do not want you to experience the same frustration I had
until MY paradigm shift.  Hugh

Every time an Errata Alert is issued, I receive two notices for each 
one. Is there someone here who can resolve this?

I would think that this type of issue would be something I could email 
directly to support about to get resolved but when I log in to RHN and 
click on help, I get lots of documents and FAQs but no support email 
address. So I have to bug this group  :(
