[rhn-users] mail: connection refused

Do you have the following line in your sendmail.mc?

FEATURE(`access_db',`hash -T<TMPF> -o /etc/mail/access.db')dnl

If so, you should be able to put the following in your /etc/mail/access:

127.0.0.1                       RELAY
71.192.27.127                   RELAY


Don't forget to make access.db.
