[rhn-users] Can't find other processors

I'm running RHEL 4 Update 3 on an AMD Opteron dual CPU system. I can see the 
four CPUs in /proc/cpuinfo. I am running the SMP kernel (2.6.9-34.ELsmp).  
There is no option to set hyperthreading in the BIOS but in any case I can 
see the multiple CPUs in the BIOS.  However, I can't see them in top:

Anyone have any suggestions as to what I should check to get this working?
