Join it to the domain, and use winbind for non-local user accounts.

I'm not sure how easy this is on RHEL (eg system-config-*), manual setup will 
required adding winbind to the passwd and group lines of /etc/nsswitch.conf 
configuring samba (and some kerberos) and 'net ads join'.
