I would not be so harsh. There are so many mailing lists, it does get
confusing. However, a message to the right mailing list is more likely
to get the needed info more quickly.

A wc -l tells me that there are 144 Red Hat Mailing Lists. I'm often not
sure what's the most appropriate list when I have a question.
