[rhn-users] .My newly created user's GUI on my sever are messed-up

I have created three users on my RedHat sever I can access the three accounts from remote terminals but when I try to access the acconts from the sever there home directory GUI is completely distored.
Fonts are nonexistant, all of  the boxes are distorted.
Any seggestions
