IMO amd64 == x86_64 == EM64T

Member of our team, who used to write doc, suddenly left our team. So we 
did not manage to write up Proxy documentation.
It will be released in version 5.1.1. But only one major feature in 
Proxy documentation is that from now, you can remove and install proxy 
again without the need to reinstall OS.
