[rhn-users] kernel panic after updates.

I can boot the kernel with older kernel after reinstalling GRUB. But that is too old kernel and at some point I need to update the kernel. 

At some point I will need to update kernel again and face the same problem.

Can you try booting to an older kernel.  This will help to eliminate 
other hardware/software issues.
