[rhos-list] Greeting, welcome, and introduction

Apparently, the subscription notice went to the technical administrator of the account. My notice went to the person who created my RHN login, not to me. It also meant I don't have access to the software, only the technical administrator has that access. My technical administrator was quite surprised to get the notification that he was now subscribed.
