[rhos-list] GPG keys are installed but not correct

I am running the "yum install openstack-utils dnsmasq-utils" command, and am
getting this error:

 

The GPG keys for the "Red Hat OpenStack Essex Preview (RPMs)" repository are
already installed but they are not correct for this package. Check that the
correct key URLs are configured for this repository.
