Well, no matter what Packstack or the Puppet modules do,
openstack-nova-compute has a dependency on the libvirt metapackage, pulling
in 1) more packages than necessary and 2) libvirt-daemon-config-network,
i.e. virbr0.

That is, I tested with RDO Havana-2 on F19 but I'm pretty sure the same is
true for RHOS (and Grizzly). Bug against Fedora Rawhide (and thereby RDO
H-2) lifes at:
