[rhos-list] Installing the OpenStack Compute Service

Followed the latest RHOS 3.0 docs at https://access.redhat.com/site/documentation//en-US/Red_Hat_OpenStack/3/html/Installation_and_Configuration_Guide/Updating_the_Compute_Configuration.html

(1) All "/etc/nova/nova/conf" should be "/etc/nova/nova.conf"
(2) When testing http://10.2.0.196:6080/vnc_auto.html received an error "Failed to connect to server (code: 1006)"
(3) Is v3 supported or should use v2.0 instead in "DEFAULT quantum_admin_auth_url http://IP:35357/v3"?
(4) 10.3.6. Starting the Compute Services
When running "service messagebus restart" or "service messagebus stop" it either logged me out or killed the server causing the system to reboot.  The log info is as bellow.
