Yes, this one was raised previously here and we intend to fix shortly:

I suspect this should be v2.0 for now, let me know if changing it helps and I will file a bug. Will have to wait and see what others have to say about (2) and (4) as it's not immediately clear to me whether they are issues with the instructions followed or something else.
