[rhos-list] I found a problem in EPEL

lzop-1.02-0.9.rc1.el6.x86_64 exists in all EL6 variants and there is an
other one from a different compile in EPEL
This kills builds of RDO servers via spacewalk.

note if it effects spacewalk then this also effects Red Hat Network
Satellite as well.

Ill open a ticket with EPEL latter but in case any one has been having
difficulties with this deleting it from your local copy of EPEL should work
around it.
