[rhos-list] Problems in attaching volumes to the instances

Hello Experts,

Observing weird behavior in RDO , "Edit Attachments" option available for 2nd volume created. :-(

"Edit Attachments" option is not available for first created volume.

Now issue is none of the volumes are getting attached to the instance even after attaching using "Edit Attachments" option.

Any inputs is highly appreciated.

I'm trying to attach a newly created volume to an instance but there is no "Edit Attachments" option available in the Project --> Volumes category.

Please guide.
