removing provides: /bin/sh

I am building RPMs using AutoReqProv: no and sticking the
provides and requires in the spec file.  My problem is that
RPMs that containt post and preun scripts are built with a
requires: /bin/sh.  Is there a trick to getting rpm to not add
that dependency during the build?
