I'm getting refused/rejected connections when connecting to ftp.rpm.org
port 22, but the packets are getting there and a machine is responding
on that IP.  Note that a failed traceroute like the above doesn't
necessarily mean anything is wrong.  Many networks block ICMP at the
edge firewall/router, so this might be perfectly normal.
