RE: rpm .src error and probs

rpmbuild --rebuild package.rpm
rpmbuild -bb /usr/src/redhat/SPECS/package.specfile (after you've installed
the src package)

-bb means "build binaries".

Subject: rpm .src error and probs

every time that i go to rebuild a src rpm, i get the
error:

[root@lnuxbox SOURCES]# rpm --rebuild
bison-1.35-4.src*
bison-1.35-4.src.rpm: No such file or directory

as you can see, the file exists and it knows that it
is there, but it simply will not build the rpm...

if i give the command rpm -i, it will dump the tar.bz2
file into the SOURCES directory, and the .spec file
into the SPECS directory, but if i try to run the spec
file, it gives me the same error:

bison-1.35-4.src.rpm: No such file or directory

i had to create several directories...btw. it only
made the SOURCES and the SPECS dir... i had to make
all the rest...
[root@lnuxbox redhat]# pwd
/usr/src/redhat
[root@lnuxbox redhat]# ls[root@lnuxbox redhat]# cd
SPECS/
[root@lnuxbox SPECS]# ls
bison.spec

what am i doing worng here?
BUILD RPMS SOURCES SPECS SRPMS
