I have problem in creating a relocatable package.

i am using the following in my spec file

Prefix: /usr/src/

%files
  /usr/src/redhat/SOURCES

now if i issue the command 
 rpm -ba --prefix /opt/varma shiva_test.spec

i am not getting any output, what is the possible problem
