We will do 1.2 as the last release on F12.

We won't be able to have everything set up and building for 1.2,
especially with the Java stack dependencies, and we really want
to get the release out sooner than later. The clients that are
in RHEL 6 and its RHN Tools channels are fairly new and can be used
with latest Spacewalks, so rebuilding just them wouldn't buy us
much anyway.
