[Spacewalk-list] Enable Monitoring

Hi,

I try to Enable Monitoring.
If I go to Spacewalk Configuration - General Configuration and enable 
monitoring I get the following error "Internal Server Error".
Can it be that the problem lies to the entitlements. I saw that there is 
no monitoring entitlement in the Spacewalk the Public cert organization.

What do I need to enable monitoring.
