[Spacewalk-list] Announcing Spacewalk 0.3

Nevermind that last e-mail. It looks like that was moved into Base for 
el5. Once I added the Base, EPEL, and Spacewalk repos back into yum, 
everything was found and installed correctly. Sorry for the confusion.
