[Spacewalk-list] Failed packages install

1. Waht system you're running ?
2. Check [and install] yum-rhn-plugin package on the client system
3. Try to reschedule failed action and manually execute rhn_check -v
command on the client. Then take a look in /var/log/up2date log file
once again.
