[Spacewalk-list] Tomcat problems after fresh install on Centos x86_64(xen)

I get the following errror in my catalina.out file when starting
rhn-satellite

I have followed the instructions closely so I am sure I have not missed
any additional steps that is needed for Centos and x86_64. The box is a
xen instance so that might potentially complicate things.

I also get this error when doing:
[root at LONGRHN01A ~]# /etc/init.d/rhn-satellite status

RHN Taskomatic is running (3625).
/etc/init.d/tomcat5 is already running (4172)
httpd (pid 4234 4233 4232 4231 4230 4229 4228 4227 4199) is running...
rhn-search is running (4225).

selinux is disabled and the box has been restarted just to be sure...
