[Spacewalk-list] no cache rebuild after cleanup from /var/cache/rhn

taskomatic is tasked with generation/re-generation of cache for yum.

Prad - did your bugfix (where taskomatic was not doing the 
re-generation) get pushed into the Spacewalk 0.5 repos?
