[Spacewalk-list] Spacewalk client tools dependency issue

Hi all,

There is a dependency issue when just installing tools for a spacewalk
client. rhn-client-tools depends on python-ethtool which prevents a client
using the new separated spacewalk-client repo for just client tools as
python-ethtools is only in the spacewalk (non-client) repo.
