>Or the jabberd auth database has got out of sync with the osad configuration during the upgrade....
>Check in /var/lib/jabberd/db and strings them to get the authentication details to match to /etc/hrn/rhn.conf ....
>Or blow away the files in /var/lib/jabberd/db and let osa-dispatcher plus osad on the various systems re-register themselves with new credentials
>The above is if you do see router, c2c, s2s etc etc running on a /sbin/service jabberd status check and netstat showing listening ports....

[root at cnxsrb38:/var/lib/jabberd/db]strings authreg.db
rhn-dispatcher-sat
rhn-dispatcher-q05030
rhn-dispatcher-sat

I put the rhn-dispatcher-q05030 password in /etc/rhn/rhn.conf:
...
osa-dispatcher.jabber_username = rhn-dispatcher-sat
osa-dispatcher.jabber_password = rhn-dispatcher-q05030
...

Restarted all the services (/usr/sbin/rhn-satellite restart)
Same error...

I have tried to delete the files in /var/lib/jabberd/db and restarted satellite... same thing. The files are not re created by the way.

spacewalk 0.7

jabberpy-0.5-0.17.el5
jabberd-2.2.8-2.el5
jabberd-selinux-1.4.7-1.el5
