[Spacewalk-list] Timezone list empty

I'm trying to create a kickstart profile and under "Kickstart ->
Profiles -> <profile> -> System Details -> Locale -> Timezone", the
list is empty.  There is a pull-down arrow, but no options to choose.

Any ideas?
