After a restart the problem seems to be gone, but I still don't have a clue
what caused this issue. I'll have an eye on that one if it reoccur.

This one was last changed some time ago:

[root at jarda log]# ls -alF
/var/lib/tomcat5/webapps/rhn/WEB-INF/struts-config.xml

/var/lib/tomcat5/webapps/rhn/WEB-INF/struts-config.xml
[root at jarda log]#

So don't think that a configuration issue caused the problem.
