[Spacewalk-list] question about syncing package profile between guests and spacewalk

Hi,

We have a problem with our spacewalk server (0.5 - CentOS 5).
Spacewalk lists the vim-enhanced package available to be installed on
the guest.
But the guest responds to spacewalk with the following message:

*node*.nl 6/2/09 1:00:46 PM CEST Failed: There was a package
conflict error with the package set: RPM package conflict error. The
message was: Test install failed because of package conflicts: package
vim-enhanced-6.3.046-1.el4_7.5z is already installed

Also I have the strange problem that 6 updates for CentOS 4 are
available through spacewalk for CentOS 4 guests, but when I click on
them, spacewalk shows me a message that no package are available.
But still showing that there are 6 new packages that need to be upgraded.

I think that Spacewalk and some of its clients/nodes (until now only
CentOS 4 guests) are not in sync.

How do I troubleshoot/fix this?

I found https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=498273 but after
changing the server_packages.py file and restarted Spacewalk, it still
don't work.

What can I do anymore to fix this?
