[Spacewalk-list] question about red hat

Hi,

Can I use spacewalk to use with red hat clients?
Instead of all red hat servers connecting to network, connecting it to
the spacewalk repositories?
Isn't that a license problem if you use 1 RHN license to get the updates
tot the spacewalk server and then let multiple Red Hat servers connect
to your spacewalk repo (not using the RHN license) ?
